Warranty on new products
In case you are planning a long-term project or just need smaller machines and tools, buying is
often the economical option. New products will be exclusively sold with warranty service, which
in most cases includes an on-site repair and replacement service as well. The precise warranty
conditions will be tailored for each project individually and if you wish combined with
complementary services, which is especially suitable for projects with a low fault tolerance.
Maintenance, service ans repair included in rented products
If you are planning a short-term project or need to have larger machines shipped quickly, you can
rent a large number of individually equipped special machines for pipeline construction works.
Careful maintenance is extremely important, especially for heavy-duty equipment and large
machines. After receipt of the products, our service team precisely examines the areas subject to
heavy wear in everyday use and acts proactively at the slightest signs of damage. This ensures
that our machines perform their work reliably at all times. Repair services are included in all our
rental products. Naturally, complications under heavy load or extreme weather conditions can
occur nevertheless. Within Germany and in neighbouring countries, repair and replacement tasks
are handled directly on site by our internal service team within 24 hours. We are also happy to
provide instructions for remote maintenance by competent local staff.
